What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour. For some fabric types (e.g. heavy fleece) the MOQ may be 300 pieces. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

How long does sampling take?+

Proto/fit samples are typically ready in 10–14 working days. Size set samples take 7–10 working days. Pre-production samples for approval take 5–7 working days after tech pack approval.

What is the lead time for bulk production?+

Standard lead time is 45–60 days from order confirmation and fabric sourcing. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on current capacity — contact us to discuss.

Do you handle export shipping?+

Yes. We manage complete export documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading) and can arrange freight (FOB Tirupur / CIF destination) through our forwarding partners.

What payment terms do you offer?+

Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer and LC. Different terms may apply for long-term partners.
