What is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is the smallest number of units a factory will produce for a single style in one order. At Rudraa Exports the MOQ is just 50 pieces per style — far below the 300–1,000 pieces many garment manufacturers demand — which makes small-batch, private-label production realistic for new brands, boutiques, and test runs.

How the MOQ & Order Builder works
Enter four numbers and the tool does the maths for you:
- Number of styles — how many distinct designs you want made.
- Colours per style — colourways for each design.
- Pieces per colour — units in each colour, split across sizes however you like.
- MOQ per style — defaults to Rudraa’s 50-piece minimum.
A worked example
Suppose you want 3 designs, each in 2 colours, with 30 pieces per colour. Units per style = 2 × 30 = 60 pieces, which clears the 50-piece minimum. Total order = 3 × 60 = 180 pieces — ready to go into production.

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style. You can mix colours and sizes freely within that 50-piece minimum.
Is the 50-piece MOQ per style or per colour?
It applies per style (design). Within a single style you can split the 50+ pieces across multiple colours and across sizes such as S, M, L, and XL.
Can I order fewer than 50 pieces?
The 50-piece minimum applies to most new orders. Lower quantities may be possible for repeat orders or sampling — message our team to confirm.
Do more styles increase my total minimum?
Yes. Because the MOQ is per style, an order with 3 styles has a combined minimum of 150 pieces (3 × 50), even though each style only needs 50.
Does a higher quantity lower my price per piece?
